Court of Arbitration

In case of disagreement concerning the success or fulfillment of a mission, we se no use in year long lawsuits. In such a case both parties agree to submit to a court of arbitration which will be choosen by the

"Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit".

Legal jurisdiction for all other issues is Berlin, Germany.
