Bringing external labor onto your source code and test lab is always a matter of trust. And of course binding agreements are better than pure trust. Our offers contain paragraphs about non-disclosure that we think are sufficient.

If you insist on your own self written NDA this it's no problem for us in general. Please send us a draft with your inquiry. The legal verification of such an agreement may take some days and thus bring further delay.

We have seen NDAs that contain unacceptable statements concerning burden of proof or claims for compensation. We are of course unable to accept such NDAs.
